Bulletproof coffee for intermittent fasting

I’ve been reading a bit about difficulties people have with giving up their morning coffee with milk in it.   At the suggestion of a forum topic, I googled “bullet proof coffee”.  The recipe, is basically coffee, blended with unsalted butter.  You can also add MCT (medium-chain triglycerides).

Supposedly the fat in the coffee doesn’t impact the fast.  I’m still getting my head around this, but as someone who struggles to start the day without a cafe latte in the morning, I’m definitely going to give this a go.   Green tea isn’t quite hitting the mark.
